Mr. Jagadeesha B M is a Fellow member of the ICAI since 2011. He did his graduation from Kuvempu University, Shivamogga, Karnataka.
He has a very rich experience in various types of audit which includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal / Concurrent Audit, Co-operative societies audit of various PSU, Government and Autonomous. He also has experience as a financial advisor/consultant of many corporate clients. Further he also handles Goods and Services Tax related matters in the area of Indirect Taxes and various Income Tax and GST assessment cases.

CA. Praveena R Shastri

B.Com, FCA

Mr. Praveena R S is an Associate member of ICAI since 2015. He did his commerce graduation from Kuvempu University, Shivamogga, Karnataka.
Having worked with Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited, Bengaluru, (100% Subsidiary of Daimler AG, Germany) in the areas of Direct Taxation, International Taxation, DTAA, Assessments, he later moved into practice.
He has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients. He is an expert in International Tax matters also having rich experience in Goods and Services Tax matter. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations.

CA. Kiran K Hegde

B.Com, FCA

Mr. Kiran K Hegde is an Associate member of the ICAI since 2012 and has got rich exposure while working with renowned Chartered Accountancy Firms and IT Companies.
He holds a B Com from Karnataka University, Dharwad. With 12+ years of experience, he has extensively worked on Audit (Internal and Statutory audit), Due Diligence and valuation, Corporate Accounting, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), International Taxation, Company Law Matters for both domestic and foreign companies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Management Consultancy and FEMA.

CS. Lakshmeenarayan Bhat

B.Com, FCS

He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2013 and has also obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
He has hands on experience in Corporate Secretarial matters. In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Audit, legal due diligence, incorporations, FEMA Matters, drafting and vetting of various Legal agreements, SEBI and Stock Exchange related issues. He has 8 years of experience in Corporate Law secretarial matters. He is heading the Secretarial team and handling all the Secretarial, RBI, FEMA and SEBI Compliances of Companies and LLPs, such as, conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings, preparation of Minutes and updating the Statutory Registers and Books of the Companies, Certifications and Reporting compliances under SEBI and RBI. He also dealt with procedural formalities pertaining to incorporation of Companies (incl Foreign Subsidiaries and Foreign Company), LLPs in India, incorporation of NGO’s, including liaison with the Registrar of Companies and Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Further, he handled matters ranging from issue and allotment of shares, private placements, transfer and buy-back of shares, secretarial due diligence, shifting of registered office, conversion of one form entity to another entity, filing of various forms/returns/applications with the Registrar of Companies and Reserve Bank of India, drafting of corporate documents, Filing the application with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and appearing before the NCLT with respect to Corporate matters; filing of statutory forms, returns, notices etc. We have also handled the Secretarial Audits of Listed Companies, NBFCs etc.

Mr. Chandru is an Senior Consultant of S & M and has a work experience more than 15 years. He is a graduate in commerce he handles the various labour law related matters, accounting and GST.

Mr. Renukaiah

B.Com (CA)

Mr. Renukaiah is an Senior Consultant of S & M and has a work experience of more than 25 years. He is a graduate in commerce he handles the various tax assessments, audits, legal compliances accounting and GST.
He holds a B Com from Karnataka University, Dharwad. With 25+ years of experience, he has extensively worked on Audit (Internal and Statutory audit), Corporate Accounting, Taxation (Direct and Indirect) and Management Consultancy.
